| He has over 30 years of experience. He has worked in various capacities with some of
the renowned
IT services
Companies in India and has a spectrum of
application knowledge.
Having worked and managed a variety of hardware and operating environments across India,
he is well equipped to manage large and complex
migration projects
and
application development.
An excellent Personnel Manager, worked as the head of
IT services
of the Peerless Group, India's largest non- banking financial Company managing staff strength of
more than 1000 spread over 40 interconnected data locations. Prior to joining FlexOrbits,
he was the Managing Director of Softlution Web Technologies, India-a German IT company. |
Mathew Varghese (Director - Business Development) |
| He is associated with the Information Technology and Animation industry for the last
20 years having enough experience in the related
technologies.
Mathew was the VP of a US based Software Export Company in Technopark, Trivandrum and prior
to joining FlexOrbits, he was the General Manager-Business Development of NeST Group Of
Companies. His contacts in the industry helped him to grab various IT related projects and
helped the company to grow substantially. Mathew, a true visualizer with a high creative
mind, has tremendous potential and can deal with any projects that may come through. |
Madhu Balakrishnan (Director - Operations & Founder) |

company and serve our customers together. Madhu brings in a lot of experience into
FlexOrbits from his rich technical industry exposure of more than 12 years. Employed with
various IT companies in India, he had the opportunity to service many international
customers and was involved in implementation of medium size to large scale projects. |

team management.
He is expert in decode complex business requirements into cost -

and managing overseas

He served in leadership position for Quality Management Software for 7 years that brings
additional values to our company as well as the clients in terms of quality. |
